An epic return!

Good evening!

So, its been what... 9 months or so since i last wrote on my blog. I don’t know why i stopped really, i always enjoyed the ranting and general stress relieving qualities of writing on here. So i have decided to try and revive ranting, err, i mean writing on here, although perhaps not quite as often as i once did. Im thinking a once or twice per week blog / moan? Good idea? We’ll see.

There has been much happening in the last 9 months. Chief of which was me finally moving out of home and getting my own place, which has been utterly fantastic and life transforming. Im enjoying looking after myself so much and im sure i will talk about this a lot in the upcoming weeks. Incidentally, me and Jams have moved in together (No, we aren’t a couple, simply good heterosexual chums. In case you were all wondering).

In addition to that news, i have also sold my car, bought another car, sold that car and bought my fathers old car. Interesting stuff i know. Actually it was a total pain in the ass, but life challenges you in many ways... Car selling and buying seems to be one thing life throws in my path often. How tedious indeed my friends.
I still have the same tiresome and frankly annoying job. I think that will be the next area which im keen to work on resolving... Doing something you love everyday (Thats what she said) is important, and i think one of the few ways in which you can truly achieve a happy ending. Yes i did refer to life as some sort of book or piece of cinematography.

Also, my sister will be laying an egg sometime in late November, so congratulations to her and the unfortunate boyfriend / father. The fact i found out this news over quite possibly the best burger i have ever eaten is one reason which it sticks in my memory, aside from the fact i get to be an uncle. How awesome is that? I have been told that i must teach the young sprog history, and make him/her intelligent enough to follow in the footsteps of our family, which essentially involves being clever and all round amazing at everything in life except... Being a family. That shouldn’t be an issue then. Also, i would like to point out that i came up with the frankly epic names of ‘Horatio’, ‘Gordon’ and ‘Cecil’, so if my sister does not pick one of these when she names the child (assuming its a boy of course) i shall be most upset.

I must admit, i have missed this. I don’t know why i thought of writing here again, but now that i do i realise how liberating it is. So, for an epic finale... I come back to you now, at the turning of the tide. Brownie points for guessing where that quote comes from.

Write to you soon.

Best Regards,

Alex
